I need someone who can diagnose why the first attempt stops at the overview and make the link behave consistently so every scan launches the project immediately—no second try required. This may involve adjusting the link format, changing how the project is published or tweaking the QR itself, as long as the end result is a single-tap experience for anyone who scans.
