"I need a front-end developer to recreate the layout and feel of a reference website (URL will be provided) in clean, original HTML/CSS/JS. The end goal is a reusable, responsive template package that works across all devices and can later be connected to our backend/CMS.

Important
This must be modular and well-structured. The first version can be static, but sections (hero banners, tickers, promos, game grids) should be built as clearly separated blocks with comments. That way, our backend developer can connect those areas to an admin panel for editing later.
