Auto-filled contract templates with e-signature.

Stripe payments with charge and deposit authorization, capture or release at checkout.

Roles: Super-Admin, Host/Manager, Guest.

Self-service dashboards: /admin, /host/requests, /host/listings, /host/reservations.

CSV export and basic reports.

White-label & reusability requirements

Single codebase usable for many customers by switching .env and settings only. No external DB required. SQLite created on first run.

Admin can set capacity, upload templates, configure Stripe, SMTP, domain, WhatsApp QR, and maintenance mode from /admin/settings
