"I need a clean, intuitive mobile application that lets my consulting clients stay on top of their projects from their phones. The core of the build is three-fold:
• real-time project tracking so clients can see progress, key dates and any flagged risks
• in-app messaging that keeps every conversation tied to its project, removing the need for email chains
• a simple workflow for clients to review and sign off payment certificates, with status updates flowing back to our office system

The app must run smoothly on both iOS and Android. I’m open to the framework you prefer—whether that’s Flutter, React Native, Kotlin/Swift native, or another proven stack—so long as the final binaries feel completely native to the user.

Security and data integrity are non-negotiable. If you’ve integrated secure login, file exchange and push notifications before, highlight that when you reply. I’m also interested in your strategy for syncing data offline and handling version upgrades without disrupting ongoing projects.

Deliverables
• Source code and build files for Android (AAB) and iOS (IPA)
• Clear hand-off documentation covering environment setup, third-party services and deployment steps
• A brief user guide I can brand and share with clients
