"This project centres on keeping a small, four-person creative team—video editor, designer, ads specialist and web developer—moving in sync so every edit, post, campaign and site tweak ships on schedule. Day to day you will translate brief notes or ideas into clear task instructions, follow progress through to completion, and remove bottlenecks before they slow the team down.

Alongside task coordination, I rely on you to keep our Google Business Profile lively with fresh posts, prompt replies to reviews and regular data updates, while also encouraging both teammates and clients to leave new Google reviews. A working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads is important; you don’t need to build campaigns from scratch, but you do need enough context to chase assets, dates and creative without hand-holding.

Each Friday we’ll jump on a short video call so you can walk me through what’s finished, what’s pending and anything blocking next week’s work. A concise written recap after the call is appreciated.
