"I need a full-featured e-learning platform built from the ground up for a student audience. The content will centre on safety management training and must be delivered through two formats: pre-recorded video lessons and rich interactive modules (think quizzes, scenarios, drag-and-drop activities, etc.).

Core requirements include a clean learner dashboard, straightforward course-upload workflow for my team, and smooth playback of HD video. Interactive elements should track progress so students can see completion status in real time.
