"I need my Zoho CRM wired up to the official WhatsApp Business API so that every new lead arriving from WhatsApp automatically receives a branded welcome message. The template will be rich-media and video-based—no plain text or static images—so the flow must support video hosting, compression if required, and all WhatsApp compliance checks.

Here’s what I expect:

• Seamless connection between Zoho CRM and the WhatsApp Business API, with authentication, webhook setup, and routing of incoming lead data.
• Creation and submission of a video-only welcome template inside WhatsApp Manager, plus mapping that template to an automatic workflow in Zoho (Deluge or Flow).
• Testing to confirm the video plays properly on both Android and iOS, and that the first reply from the lead is synced back into the lead record.
• Brief hand-off notes so I can add or edit templates in future without breaking the integration.
