"I need a fully-functional mobile application built for both iOS and Android that lets my logistics customers handle every support request from their phone. The core of the app is a customer-support hub, but instead of the usual generic help desk I want features designed for freight and parcel clients:

• Secure account creation / sign-in so each user sees only their own shipments.
• Real-time tracking numbers displayed on an easy timeline, pulling live status updates from our existing back-end.
• A straightforward way for users to open a support ticket from any tracking screen and follow its progress without leaving the app.

If a simple FAQ or in-app live chat makes integration smoother I am open to it, but the three points above are the must-haves.

You will handle UI/UX for both platforms, connect to our REST/JSON API (documentation ready), and deliver source code plus build instructions. When I install the app on test devices I should be able to register, add an order number, see the journey of that shipment, raise a ticket, and receive push-notification updates—those steps will serve as the acceptance criteria."
