"**Freelancer Project Brief – Wix Bookings Form Setup (Wix Studio)**

**Platform:** Wix Studio (Premium Plan Active)

I need a freelancer experienced with **Wix Studio** and the **Wix Bookings app** to build and configure a customised booking form for a mobile laundry service website.

This job involves configuring the **Wix Bookings system (not a custom form)** to reflect specific business requirements. The current booking form is not functional, and I require a properly integrated, user-friendly, and branded solution using Wix-native tools.

**Scope of Work**

1. **Use Wix Bookings App (Not a Custom Form)**

* Use Wix Bookings to build the form and calendar integration.
* Apply **creative logic** within Wix Bookings to reflect business operations (see details below).

2. **Customer Details (Mandatory Fields)**

* Name
* Email
* Mobile Number
* **Free-text Address field** (not dropdown or auto-complete)

3. **Service Options (Checkbox Selection)**

Organised into two categories:

**Standard Laundry Services**

* Wash, Dry & Fold
* Ironing
* Folding

**Additional Services**

* Handwashing
* Dry Cleaning (include note: “Pick-up only available Monday mornings”)
* Same Day Service (include note: “\$11 surcharge applies”)

All services should be selectable via checkboxes (multi-select).

4. **Booking Frequency (Informational Only)**

* One-off or Ongoing

* If ongoing, allow user to indicate Weekly / Fortnightly / Monthly
* This does **not** need to trigger automated repeat bookings – informational only

5. **Special Requirements (Text Box)**
Prompt: *“Let us know any special requirements such as stain removal, line drying preferences, or pick-up/delivery instructions.”*

6. **Calendar & Time Slot Configuration**

* Allow bookings only Monday to Friday
* Two selectable time windows:

* 07:00–08:00
* 08:00–09:00

**Add a message near time slots:**
“We aim to honour your preferred pickup time, but actual pickup may vary slightly depending on our route and workload.”

7. **Mandatory Acknowledgement Checkboxes**
All must be required for submission:

* I acknowledge that a minimum charge of \$55 applies to all orders (excludes dry cleaning – no minimum).
