Location: Rengali, India

Budget: Recommended by industry experts

Time to start: As soon as possible

Project description:
"I want an Android app inspired by Math Tricks (Play Store) but upgraded into a polished, modern learning product for students and adults. The app should teach fast calculation tricks with clear explanations, practice drills, adaptive difficulty, gamification, and analytics. Target audience: students (8+) and adults preparing for competitive/time-bound exams.

Reference: Math Tricks on Google Play (features, training modes, and many tricks).

Core features (MUST):

1. Lesson library & content

Categorized tricks (addition, multiplication shortcuts, squares, percentages, etc.)

Each trick: short explanation, step-by-step worked examples, short video/gif optional, 15 practice levels per trick (like reference app).

Admin interface (web panel) to add/edit/delete lessons, examples, and question banks.

2. Practice & training

Timed training mode with configurable timers.

Adaptive difficulty: algorithm adjusts question difficulty based on user performance.

Multiple modes: Practice (no timer), Timed Drill, Custom Quiz, Mixed Drill.

Hints, solution walkthroughs, and “explain reasoning” after wrong responses.

3. User system & data

Email/phone sign-in, Google sign-in.

Local profile & cloud sync (so progress persists across devices).

Progress metrics: accuracy, speed, streaks, time spent, per-topic mastery.

4. Gamification

Stars/points for performance, achievements, daily streaks.

Leaderboards (global and friends) and badges.

Optional multiplayer challenge (turn-based or live small matches) — can be milestone #2 if budget/time limited.

5. Monetization & store

Ad support (AdMob) with a paid remove ads option (IAP).

Premium subscription or one-time purchase unlocking advanced lessons.

Prepared for Play Store submission (store listing, screenshots).

6. UX/UI & accessibility

Clean modern UI, responsive for phones/tablets; dark mode.

Localization: English and Hindi (I’ll provide translations if needed).

Accessibility: large fonts, screen reader friendly.

7. Offline & performance

Core lessons and practice must work offline after first download.

Lightweight assets and fast load times.

8. Backend & admin

Backend (recommended: Firebase or AWS Amplify) for auth, data, analytics.

Admin dashboard (web) to manage content, questions, user reports, and view analytics.

Analytics dashboard (events for practice starts, completions, purchases, retention).

9. Security & compliance

Data privacy best practices; opt-in analytics; COPPA considerations if targeting children.

Secure storage of user data & ability to remove account on request.

10. Deliverables

Full source code (clean, commented), build scripts, CI setup suggestions.

Admin dashboard code & deployment instructions.

Play Store ready APK/AAB and help with submission.

Documentation: architecture, install, developer README.

3 months of bug-fix support after launch (include hourly rate for extended maintenance).

Preferred tech stack (flexible):

Frontend: Flutter (recommended for single cross-platform codebase) or Kotlin (native Android) — please state your choice & justification.

Backend: Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions) or Node.js + PostgreSQL on cloud; explain trade-offs.

Analytics: Firebase Analytics + Crashlytics; integrate in admin dashboard.

Milestones & timeline (example):

1. Requirement confirmation & wireframes — 1 week

2. Core lesson viewer + practice engine (offline) — 3 weeks

3. User auth + cloud sync + basic analytics — 2 weeks

4. Gamification + leaderboards + IAP integration — 2 weeks

5. Admin dashboard + localization support — 2 weeks

6. QA, bug fixing, Play Store submission — 1–2 weeks

(Adjust timeline in your proposal — list realistic schedule.)

What to include in your proposal

Short intro & approach (one paragraph).

Tech stack & architecture diagram (brief).

Examples/links of 3 similar apps you built (Play Store links preferred).

Team composition (developer, designer, QA), hourly rate or fixed price.

Rough budget estimate (separate line items per milestone).

Availability & estimated total timeline.

Proposed maintenance/support rate after initial 3 months.

NDA: yes/no." (client-provided description)
