"I’m building a single ordering system that every restaurant in my food hall can share. Diners will scan a unique QR code at the table, jump straight to that vendor’s digital menu, add items to their cart, pay on the spot, and watch the order progress in real time—all from the same app on both iOS and Android.

Because several vendors operate under one roof, each of them needs their own dashboard to view live orders, mark items out of stock, update prep times, and track sales. At the same time, I still want central control over a common menu database so new dishes or price changes roll out instantly across the platform. Payments must settle into separate merchant accounts, and the reporting should keep every vendor’s revenue clearly isolated.

Core flow I have in mind
• Customer scans table-specific QR code
• App opens the correct vendor menu immediately (no login)
• Customer pays in-app (Apple Pay, Google Pay, cards)
• Order status bar updates: accepted → preparing → ready → delivered
• Push or SMS notification fires when the food is ready for pickup or on its way
