"I need two hand-coded HTML5 pages—one home page and one single-column blog post page—that mirror the clarity and speed of these reference URLs:

Both pages must score green on all Core Web Vitals without relying on heavy frameworks. Stick to a modern design language: clean typography, generous white space, and lightweight CSS3 (no cluttered component libraries). Flexbox or CSS Grid is fine, but keep the markup semantic so Google can parse everything easily.

Page-specific requirements
• Home page: include a fully responsive data table, an accordion-style FAQs section, and a well-structured footer.
• Blog post page: single-column layout with responsive images, a “Related Posts” block underneath the content, and a functional (UI-ready) comment section.

General expectations
• Mobile-first responsiveness, tested down to 320 px.
• Lazy-loading where appropriate to protect LCP.
• Validated HTML/CSS, WCAG-friendly color contrast.
