"I need an experienced developer to set up an API integration between our job management software, Construction Manager by Eque2, and our client's software. This integration is crucial for updating critical job information.

Requirements:
1. Work Order Management

Issuing and confirming work orders (including out-of-hours).
Real-time updates on job status (pending, in progress, completed).
Uploading photos (before, during, after).
Logging job notes and materials used.

2. Appointment Scheduling

LHA staff must be able to:

View trade availability.
Book appointments directly.
Track kept/missed appointments.
Receive automated no-access reports.



3. Repair Progress Tracking

Real-time visibility of:

Trades who attended.
Repair timelines.
Visit logs and outcomes.
Completion/non-completion status.



4. Invoicing & Financials

Daily submission of completed/non-completed works (by 10:00am).
Monthly applications for payment with:

Date/time of works.
SOR reference.
Value claimed.


Pre-invoice applications and invoice tracking.

5. Management Information (MI) & Reporting

Jobs awaiting completion or invoicing.
KPI performance (e.g., response times, first-time fix).
Asset/component data updates.
Exportable reports and dashboards.

6. Compliance & Certification

Upload and manage:

Gas Safe, NICEIC, insurance certificates.
EICRs, EPCs, and other compliance documents.


View scheduled inspections and upload results.

7. Communication & Alerts

Timeline of correspondence with tenants.
Text message confirmations to residents.
Property-specific warnings (e.g., asbestos, vulnerable tenants).
Suggest and manage new alerts.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience with API integrations
- Familiarity with Construction Manager by Eque2 is a plus
