"I need a custom, in-house CRM that our 100-person team can start using quickly and keep expanding over time. For the first release I want two core modules running smoothly—Leads Management and Payments Management—along with simple Admin and User roles so I can control access without over-engineering permissions on day one.

The product document for these sections is already written, so you will have clear workflows, field definitions, and user stories to guide development. Once the initial build is stable, I plan to keep assigning new modules such as tasks, documents, retainers, and ticketing, so clean, well-commented code and a scalable architecture are essential.

Target timeline for the MVP is within a month. A responsive web app built with a mainstream stack (Laravel, Django, Node, or similar) and a version-controlled repository on Git are strongly preferred, but I’m open to your recommendations if they accelerate delivery without locking us into niche tech.

Deliverables for this first phase:
• Operational Leads and Payments modules matching the supplied spec
• Admin/User role management
• Deployment to our cloud environment with basic CI/CD
• Documentation covering setup, configuration, and future extension points
