Project description:
"I need a lightweight Android APK paired with a small web-based admin panel. The app will offer three in-phone options:

• Call forwarding that switches on only after a user manually enters a destination number.
• SMS forwarding that follows the same rule—messages are relayed only when the user specifies a number.
• A section that lets the user view or export SMS messages they’ve deleted inside the app.

On the admin side I only require logs and monitoring. A simple dashboard that shows activation events, forwarded call details, and forwarded SMS content with timestamps is enough; no need for user creation tools or content editing modules. Real-time viewing plus searchable history will cover my needs.

Please build the APK in Android Studio (Java or Kotlin—your choice) and host the panel on any mainstream stack you prefer (PHP/Laravel, Node, or Firebase Functions work for me) so long as the interface stays clean and responsive on mobile and desktop browsers.
