"Create a Web-Based Platform for Financial Projections and Investment Evaluation**

Looking for a developer to create a **lightweight, fast, and user-friendly** web-based platform to allow users to input projected financial information related to their future business ideas. The platform should consist of the following windows and features, and perform calculations for:

* **Internal Rate of Return (IRR)**
* **Net Profit and Net Profit % (NP%)**
* **Payback Period**
* **Net Present Value (NPV)**

### General Requirements

1. The accepted **User Interface (UI)** design will be provided for all the windows.
2. Whenever users update revenue or expenses, the platform should **update all financial calculations in real time** based on the new input.
3. Back-end **GL accounts** must be developed for each revenue and expense line item.
4. The back-end must include **credit term breakdowns** for revenue numbers.
5. In **Revenue and Expenses (Windows 1 & 2)**, users should be able to select multiple line items to delete. Deleted items should remain visible on screen for **30 seconds** or **up to 10 items**, allowing users to recall if needed.
6. Users should be able to **save their project and resume later** from where they left off.

* For example, if a user stops on the Expenses window (Window 2) and saves the project, they should return directly to Window 2 when resuming—not start from the beginning.

### Window 1 – Revenue Information

1. Accept revenue/income streams and discounts (entered as **negative values**), and calculate the **total income**.
2. Users must input **credit terms** for each revenue item:

* Custom date range
* No credit terms
* Custom case-by-case terms

### Window 2 – Expenses Information

1. Accept expense streams and discounts (entered as **positive values**, if the expense is entered as a negative) and calculate **total expenses**.
2. Users must input **credit terms** using the same options as in Window 1.

### Window 3 – Profit and Loss

* Automatically calculate the **Profit and Loss** statement based on data from previous windows.

### Window 4 – Balance Sheet

* Automatically calculate the **Balance Sheet** based on the user's inputs.

### Window 5 – Statement of Cash Flow

* Automatically generate the **Cash Flow Statement**.

### Window 6 – Summary Page

1. Allow users to review the full summary:

* Profit and Loss
* Balance Sheet
* Cash Flow
* Notes or additional information
2. If edits are needed, users must be able to return to **Window 1 or 2** and make changes.
