Project Description:

I am looking for a professional designer and web developer (or a team) to build a private, custom character-building and scene-creation tool for my personal storytelling and book projects.

The tool should allow me to:
• Build characters from a custom visual style (I will provide a sample).
• Choose between different facial expressions, poses, clothing, and accessories.
• Compose scenes with multiple characters and background elements.
• Export scenes as high-quality PNGs or PDFs.

This project includes:

Graphic/Illustration Work:
• 2 original characters (female & male) in a consistent, stylized look.
• Each character must support:
• 4–6 body poses
• 5–6 facial expressions
• 3–4 outfits
• Multiple hand-held accessories (eraser, pencil, letter, etc.)
• Simple background scenes (optional, 2–3 max)

Development Work:
• A simple, clean Web App (private use only)
• Features:
• Character selection + customization
• Drag & drop or dropdown-based scene building
• Save/export feature (PNG or PDF)
• Mobile and desktop compatible
• Design should be clean and intuitive, minimal UI

Notes:
• I prefer the drawing style to match a soft, flat cartoon look (like LoveBook / couple illustration books).
• All artwork must be original and licensed for exclusive use.
• Open to using tools like React, Vue, or Figma for front-end, but must be easy to use.

Deliverables:
• Full set of character and accessory illustrations (as editable assets – SVG/PNG)
• Functional Web App (hosted or exportable)
• Installation instructions (if local)

Budget:

My budget is between $2,000–$3,500, depending on scope and quality.

Long-term collaboration possible if the result is good.
