"I need a lightweight, full-stack web portal that showcases local garages and includes a small marketplace, all running smoothly on Google Cloud Platform. I have three clear user roles in mind—Administrators, Garage owners, and Customers—so the authentication and authorization flow must reflect those distinct permissions right from the start.

The look and feel should be colorful and dynamic without sacrificing speed; performance is a top priority. I’m happy to hear your preferred tech stack as long as it deploys cleanly on GCP (App Engine, Cloud Run, or another managed service you recommend) and keeps future scaling straightforward. Continuous deployment with Cloud Build or similar tooling would be ideal.

What I expect as deliverables:
• A responsive front end with the agreed-upon colorful theme
• Role-based dashboards for admins, garage owners, and customers
• A live GCP deployment URL plus IaC scripts or clear setup notes so I can spin up new environments easily
