"I want to launch a web-based employee rewards platform that works flawlessly on any mobile device, mirroring the smooth experience you see in Bonusly or WorkTango. This will be a fully custom build rather than a WordPress adaptation, so the codebase needs to be clean, scalable, and easy to maintain. I suppose an existing CMS would be ok, but preferably NOT WordPress.

Core functions I must have from day one are an engaging employee rewards system and simple, intuitive peer-to-peer recognition. Users will log in as Admins, Managers, or Employees, each with the right level of access for sending points, approving gifts, pulling usage stats, or simply viewing their own balance and recognition feed.

Think real-time point balances, searchable recognition feeds, automated notifications, and a responsive UI that looks and feels like a modern app when opened on a phone. I’ll supply design references and copy; you’ll handle architecture, development, basic UI/UX, and deployment to my preferred cloud host.

Deliverables
• End-to-end custom code (front-end + back-end)
• Responsive UI that matches the provided mock-ups on mobile and desktop
• Role-based dashboard(s) for Admin, Manager, and Employee
• Reward issuance, redemption, and peer-to-peer shout-out flow fully functional
• Initial test deployment with walkthrough and hand-over documentation
