"I have a software product that needs clear, well-structured documentation so users and developers can get up to speed quickly. I already have rough notes and scattered internal guides; what I’m missing is a polished, reader-friendly set of technical docs written in plain English.

You’ll be turning my source material—existing code comments, diagrams, and recorded walkthroughs—into professional-grade content. The audience ranges from first-time installers to experienced developers integrating our REST API, so the tone has to stay concise, accurate, and consistent throughout.

To make expectations explicit, here’s what I need from you:
• A brief style guide that sets voice, formatting, and terminology
• Core documentation: installation & configuration guide, feature overview, and API reference (Markdown preferred)
• At least one quick-start example that can be copied, pasted, and run without edits
• A short revision cycle where you incorporate stakeholder feedback and proof everything for clarity and correctness

Experience writing for software and IT is essential; familiarity with Git, Markdown, and common diagramming tools will make collaboration smoother. If you have sample docs—especially anything covering cloud services, microservices, or developer SDKs—feel free to share a link when you reply.
