Project description:
"I need a straightforward Android app that lets field users capture structured information in one pass: they should fill out text entries, key in numerical values, answer short survey questions, snap a photo, and have the app tag everything with the current GPS coordinates. The moment the form is completed, the image must upload automatically to my server while all other data is sent in the same request.

A clean, single-screen flow is ideal: checklist items at the top, free-text and number fields underneath, the camera launcher in the same view, and a visible GPS lock indicator so users know location is recorded. If connectivity drops, the submission queues locally and syncs the next time a signal appears.

I work in Android Studio, so deliverables need to include the full Kotlin or Java project, Gradle files, and a short read-me explaining build steps and how to point the app at a different REST endpoint. A lightweight back-end stub (Firebase, Node, or similar) that accepts the multipart POST is enough for testing.

Acceptance criteria
• APK installs and runs on Android 8.0+
• Text, numerical, and survey fields are validated client-side
• Photo uploads successfully with its metadata and geo tag
• Offline queue retries automatically until success
• Source compiles without modification following the read-me
