"I’m building a cross-platform Flutter app that lets teachers generate a Zoom Basic Plan meeting straight from the classroom screen and push the link to their students via in-app notifications. On the student side the join action must feel native—no context switching, just tap and enter the meeting.

Authentication will start with Gmail using Firebase Authentication, but I also want phone number login available from the same auth flow. Once signed in, teachers and students need a lightweight chat; messages together with meeting metadata should live in Firebase. I’m flexible between Cloud Firestore and Realtime Database, so choose whichever suits a clean, scalable structure. The architecture should leave headroom for future add-ons such as file sharing or attendance tracking.

Please write clean, well-commented Dart code and respect standard Flutter folder conventions. Integrate the official Zoom SDK or REST API (whichever is more stable with Flutter) and keep the UI responsive on both Android and iOS. Timely delivery is important, so outline milestones before we start.
