"Our Odoo instance needs a brand-new public website section dedicated to booking repairs and maintenance services. The goal is to let visitors select a service type, pick an available slot from a real-time appointment calendar, and read or leave customer reviews—all without ever leaving the Odoo environment.

Scope of work
• Build a front-end page (Odoo Website Builder / QWeb) that lists every repair or maintenance service we offer. Each tile should link to a detail view with price, duration, and a “Book now” call-to-action.
• Integrate Odoo’s calendar so customers see up-to-the-minute availability pulled from our existing technicians’ schedules. Confirmation emails and back-office meetings must be created automatically.
• Add a review component connected to our portal users: only customers with completed appointments can post, edit, or delete their feedback. Star rating and text field are required; moderation controls stay in the back end.
• Ensure all data (services, slots, reviews) is stored in core Odoo models or well-documented custom models for easy upgrades. No external plugins unless strictly necessary.

Acceptance criteria
1. A visitor can complete a booking in three steps or fewer: choose service, select time, enter contact details.
2. The calendar respects working hours and existing events for each technician.
3. Reviews appear instantly after moderation and update the overall rating in real time.
4. Screens render correctly on desktop and mobile; Lighthouse performance score ≥ 90.
5. Code is delivered as installable Odoo module(s) with comments and a short README.
