"Visibol is an execution partner for early-stage startups. We help founders go from idea to first customer by offering services in research, product design, AI/ML, development, GTM, and sales enablement. Our mission is to empower startups with cost-effective, high-quality execution support.

We’re now looking to scale our outreach and need a performance-driven ad specialist to generate qualified B2B leads for our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).

Project Scope:
We are seeking a digital ads expert with proven experience in running and optimizing
campaigns on:
Google Ads (Search & Display)
LinkedIn Ads (Lead Gen Forms, Sponsored Content)
Facebook/Instagram Ads (Targeted B2B audiences)

The primary objective is to generate qualified startup leads who fit our Ideal Customer Profile (early-stage founders, entrepreneurs, startup decision-makers). These leads will be passed to our SDR team for follow-ups and conversions.

Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Setup
Research ICP and define audience targeting.
Setup campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Ad Creatives & Copywriting
Create engaging ad copies and visuals aligned with Visibol’s brand.
A/B test ad creatives to optimize performance.
Optimization & Reporting
Continuously optimize campaigns for lowest CPL (Cost Per Lead).
Provide weekly reports with KPIs (leads, CTR, CPL, conversions).
Lead Handover
Ensure leads are properly captured in CRM or spreadsheets for SDR follow-up.
Focus on quality over volume – leads must fit early-stage founder/startup profiles.

Deliverables:
Minimum 1000 qualified leads
Ad campaign setup and management.
Weekly performance report with insights & recommendations.

Skills Required:
Proven track record in B2B lead generation.
Expertise in Google, LinkedIn & Facebook Ads.
Strong copywriting & targeting skills.
Familiarity with CRM/lead management (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
