"I’m setting up a web platform focused exclusively on used-car tenders and need a developer who can deliver a smooth, secure bidding experience from day one. Visitors should be able to browse all vehicle listings, yet bidding itself must stay behind a mandatory sign-up wall—no account, no offer.

Core flow
• Seller (or admin) publishes a car with photos, specs, reserve price, and bidding deadline.
• Registered buyers place sealed or open bids (we can decide which style during build).
• System handles bid timing, real-time updates, email notifications, and status changes.
• Admin dashboard lets me approve listings, monitor bids, and export data.
• if we accept the bid payment will come straight out of the uploaded credit card
Essential requirements
– Responsive UI that works on desktop and mobile.
– Clean, intuitive registration/login with password reset and basic profile management.
– Secure bidding module that logs every offer, prevents duplicates, and timestamps each action.
– Public catalogue page that never exposes bidder identities.
– Simple CMS features so I can edit text pages and upload new images without touching code.

Tech is flexible, but I’m comfortable with common stacks such as PHP / Laravel, Node.js / Express, or a full-stack JavaScript (React + Firebase) setup—whichever you’re fastest with while keeping security best-practices in place.
