"Senior UI/UX Designer for E-commerce Website Redesign (Ruggable-Inspired)

Project Overview:
We are wmrugs, the owners of WorldMarketRugs.com. We are looking for an exceptional UI/UX designer to lead a complete redesign of our website. The primary goal is to modernize our look, feel, and user experience to compete with industry leaders like Ruggable, focusing on a clean, premium, and customer-centric design.

Key Objectives:

· Create a modern, visually stunning, and highly functional e-commerce website.
· Improve the user journey, especially on product discovery and the product detail page.
· Design a mobile-first responsive experience.
· Build trust and highlight the quality and style of our rugs.

Scope of Work:

· UX Research & Analysis (of our current site and competitors)
· Information Architecture & Sitemap
· Wireframing for key pages (Homepage, Category, Product, Cart/Checkout)
· High-Fidelity UI Design & Prototyping in Figma
· Design hand-off with assets and specifications for developers.

We Are Looking For a Freelancer With:

· A strong portfolio of e-commerce website redesigns, preferably for home goods or D2C brands.
· Expertise in UI/UX design and prototyping with Figma.
· A deep understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
· Experience working with Shopify/WooCommerce is a major advantage.
