"I’m ready to move an idea from rough concept to a working MERN-stack application and I’m looking for someone who can take charge of the build from database schema through to a polished frontend. The core stack is non-negotiable—MongoDB, Express, React, and Node—but everything else is still open for discussion, which leaves plenty of room for you to suggest best-practice approaches.

At this point I haven’t locked in whether the final product will lean toward e-commerce, a social platform, or a straight business site; the same goes for primary features such as authentication, heavy data management, or real-time updates. I’d like to refine those decisions with your input so that we invest effort where it matters most. Design-wise I’m equally open to minimalistic, modern, or even a tasteful classic aesthetic—whichever best aligns with the final product goals.

Here’s what I need from you:
• A clear outline of the architecture you propose (directory structure, major dependencies, and build tools).
• An agile development plan that shows how you’ll break the work into milestones and demos.
• Clean, well-documented code pushed to a shared Git repository.
• Deployment to a cloud host of our choice (Heroku, Vercel, AWS, or similar) with environment variables handled securely.
