"I’m building an online presence for my small business and need a responsive site that feels bright, colorful, and welcoming on any device. The structure is straightforward—Home, About, Services, and Contact, with the option of adding a fifth page later if we decide it’s useful. Visual consistency across desktop, tablet, and mobile is essential, and I’d like smooth scroll-to-section behaviour on smaller screens so everything stays easy to navigate.

I don’t have a fixed preference for WordPress, Wix, or any other CMS, so please steer me toward the platform that will make future updates simplest. As long as I can swap text, swap images, and add a new service without touching code, I’m happy. A quick hand-off guide (or short screen-share video) showing me how to do those edits would be ideal.
