"I need a streamlined employee-management platform built specifically for performance evaluation. The core of the job is to create an intuitive system that lets me record goals, track progress throughout the review cycle, and generate clear appraisal reports for every team member. While attendance tracking and payroll processing could be useful later, the initial milestone is entirely about performance—capturing qualitative feedback, scoring competencies, and surfacing analytics that help managers coach rather than just rate.

A clean web interface, responsive on mobile, single-sign-on readiness, and role-based access are important so supervisors and HR can see dashboards while employees only see their own data. I’m comfortable with you choosing the tech stack—popular choices like Laravel, Django, or Node are all fine—as long as the final result is well-documented, secure, and easy for an in-house developer to extend.
