"I’m ready to commission a complete “Selfie with Celebrity” Android app and need a Kotlin expert who can take it from prototype to Play Store release.

Core workflow
• The user searches for a celebrity photo through the Bing Image Search API, chooses one, and the image is downloaded.
• MODNet running on-device through TensorFlow Lite removes the background offline.
• Using CameraX the front camera lets the user snap a selfie; the celebrity layer is then overlaid in real-time.
• Before saving, they can add popular, Instagram-style filters and a curated set of trending emojis (feel free to suggest the exact packs, but keep them mainstream and fun).
• Final composites can be stored locally and—when the user taps share—uploaded seamlessly to Google Drive.

Technical expectations
– Kotlin, min SDK 26 (Android 8.0)
– Libraries/SDKs: MODNet TFLite, CameraX, Glide, Google Drive API/REST, Bing Image Search REST
– Clean MVVM (or similar) architecture, modularized code, and clear README.
– Fully signed Play-ready release build plus source.

Acceptance criteria
1. Smooth celebrity search with debounced queries and thumbnail grid.
2. Background removal in ≤3 s on mid-range devices.
3. Live camera preview with overlay alignment controls (pinch/drag/rotate).
4. At least five filters and ten emojis pre-bundled, expandable for future updates.
5. Google Drive share flow with OAuth, progress indicator, and success toast.
6. No crashes on devices running API 26–34; passes Play Console pre-launch report.
