"The project calls for a full-cycle website build—from concept and wireframes right through to deployment on my hosting account. I have not settled on design, structure, or tech stack yet, so the brief is intentionally open; I expect your proposal to outline the solution you believe will serve the site’s long-term goals best.

Scope of work
• Discovery: clarify site objectives, required pages, and user flows.
• Design: provide mobile-first mock-ups and adapt them to tablet and desktop breakpoints.
• Development: code a clean, modular front-end coupled with a secure, scalable back-end; integrate any common utilities (SEO tags, analytics, basic security hardening).
• Testing & launch: cross-browser QA, performance tuning, and go-live assistance.
• Handover: admin credentials plus concise setup, update, and maintenance documentation.

Acceptance criteria
• Renders flawlessly on current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge, mobile and desktop.
• Passes W3C validation with no critical errors.
• Page-load core web vitals in the green zone on Lighthouse.
• All delivered code is commented, version-controlled, and transferred to my repository at project completion.
