"I'm rolling out a single Shopify store, built on the Flow theme, that will serve Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam and the Philippines from dedicated sub-folders such as /th, /my, /id, /vn and /ph. The layout stays identical everywhere; only language, currency and checkout settings change.

At launch the storefront must display Thai, Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese, English and Mandarin, and price products in THB, MYR, IDR, VND, PHP, SGD and USD. Checkout needs PayPal and Stripe for every market, with the option to plug in local bank transfers later.

I’ll supply the Flow theme files plus sample sites that capture the look and feel I want. Your work:

• Configure Shopify Markets (or a comparable multilingual app) so visitors are auto-directed to the correct sub-folder, language and currency.
• Translate all theme copy and system messages; ensure any hard-coded text is moved into Shopify’s language files.
• Set up currency conversion through Shopify Payments’ multi-currency where available, otherwise apply manual rates.
• Integrate PayPal and Stripe, then complete and document a live test order in every currency.
• Implement proper hreflang tags, XML sitemaps and clean URLs for SEO.
• Provide concise hand-off notes so my team can add more countries later.

Acceptance criteria: each market loads in its own sub-folder, all text displays in the correct language, the matching currency follows customers right through checkout, and PayPal and Stripe both process a successful test transaction in every locale.
