"I regularly pull debug logs – sometimes as large as 20 MB – from the workloads running on my cloud platform. I need a lightweight, cloud-hosted application that lets me drop in one of these text files and instantly receive a coherent, well-formatted narrative of what happened during that run.

The story your code generates must capture:
• User activities tracking
• System performance history
• Error and issue history

Charts or dashboards aren’t necessary; a clean, human-readable block of formatted text is what I will copy into tickets and post-mortems. The log lines are structured, yet they vary by service, so the parser has to be tolerant of new or missing content and still stitch events into a single timeline.

Core expectations
• Accept single log files up to 20 MB through a simple upload or API endpoint.
• Process everything server-side and return the text report in seconds.
• Narrative should order events chronologically, group related entries, surface performance metrics, and highlight errors with brief context lines.
• I also need help to host this parser somewhere online.
