Project description:
"I am building a cloud-based platform that ingests customer-service phone calls, transcribes the audio, runs sentiment and keyword extraction on the text, and turns the results into a live dashboard focused on one primary KPI: the Customer Satisfaction Score. The first release must work with Dutch calls, but the pipeline should be language-agnostic so we can add English, Spanish, or French later without rewriting core logic.
Here is the flow I have in mind: an audio file or stream is uploaded, passed to a speech-to-text service, the raw transcript is fed into an NLP layer for sentiment and keyword extraction, then the processed data is stored and surfaced in an interactive web dashboard that updates in near-real time. I need the full stack—from the ingestion microservice through to the visualisation layer—shipped as a SaaS product with user management, role-based access control and GDPR-compliant data handling.
Please use whichever best-in-class tools you are comfortable with (e.g. Whisper, Google Speech-to-Text, spaCy, Hugging Face, Python, Node, React, D3, Supabase, AWS or Azure) as long as they meet the performance and scalability targets we will agree on together.
Deliverables
• End-to-end working prototype hosted in the cloud
• Source code with clear documentation and containerised deployment scripts
• A dashboard that shows the Customer Satisfaction Score, with time filters and drill-down to individual call transcripts
• Automated tests proving accuracy of sentiment and keyword extraction on a Dutch sample set
• A short technical paper describing the architecture, data flow, and how additional KPIs or languages would be plugged in
Acceptance criteria
• Dutch phone calls processed with ≥90 % transcription accuracy on a supplied test batch
• Sentiment classification precision/recall ≥85 % on the same batch
• Dashboard loads in under two seconds with 10 000 calls in the database
• Codebase passes all tests in a CI pipeline and deploys with a single command

PS: i have already build this myself. So i know how it works. The most important thing is good looks and expandabilit. Think of a good backend structere where I can fill in specific info (think products and client specific questions). And a nice-looking dashborad. I have specifc (cisual) designs in mind.
