Project description:
"I’m putting together a short-term learning program for a fourth-grade student who needs to master multiplication and division. The focus is strictly on the elementary-school (SD) curriculum, so everything must be pitched at that level—no advanced formulas or abstract proofs, just clear, age-appropriate explanations followed by plenty of hands-on practice.
I want each concept introduced through quick demonstrations and then reinforced with interactive problem sets that the child can complete right away. Think digital worksheets, live whiteboard quizzes, or simple web-based drills where they get instant feedback and can try again until it sticks. The more engaging the exercise, the better; animated counters, drag-and-drop number blocks, or similar tools are very welcome so long as they keep the student actively involved rather than just listening passively.
Deliverables
• A brief lesson outline covering multiplication and division goals for one month.
• Interactive exercises or links (Google Slides, Kahoot, Quizizz, or your own simple web app) ready to use in each session.
• Two short progress checks—one midway, one at the end—with answer keys and a quick rubric so parents can see improvement.
I’m open to meeting over Zoom, Google Meet, or using any platform you prefer for screen sharing and real-time practice—as long as it lets us work through problems together. If you have prior experience tutoring elementary math online and samples of interactive materials you’ve built, please share them when you bid." (client-provided description)
