"I’m setting up a niche marketplace—think OLX or Quikr but dedicated to healthcare—where registered professionals can buy or sell medical equipment, offer items for rent, and accept bookings for their own verified clinical services. The primary users will be healthcare professionals, so the interface has to feel familiar to that audience and handle licensing or credential checks smoothly.

Core flows I need working inside the first four weeks:

• Buy & Sell: searchable, image-rich listings, pricing, in-app enquiry or chat, and a payment hand-off ready for Stripe or Razorpay sandbox testing.
• Rent: start and end-date selector, automatic cost calculation, deposit logic, and a simple availability calendar.
• Staff Booking: profile pages that surface qualifications, a verification badge toggle, request/confirm workflow, and basic ratings once a job is complete.

An admin dashboard should let me review listings, manage KYC documents, and resolve disputes. Security, responsive layout, email/SMS notifications, and clean code with a short handover guide are part of the expected package.
