"I need my current single-site WordPress install converted into a Multisite network on the same domain, with three country subsites: France, Germany, and the UAE. Each regional site must keep the exact theme, design, and core functionality of the existing site; the only variation will be language-specific content that I’ll add later.

Key requirements
• Stand up the network and spin off /fr/, /de/, and /ae/ (or matching subdomains—use whichever structure best suits SEO and scalability).
• Clone the active theme and global plugins to every subsite so the brand experience stays identical.
• Keep users and roles fully separate on each regional site; nothing shared with the main site.
• Rely on native Multisite tools—no additional plugins are requested at this stage.
• Maintain uptime and data integrity during the switch, confirming media, menus, and permalinks resolve correctly throughout the network.
