"I need a production-ready chatbot for WhatsApp that can draw on our internal documents and knowledge base to give accurate, natural answers and automate routine conversations. The bot must talk directly to our in-house CRM, which is custom-built with PHP, HTML, CSS, and JS, so every lead, question, or action it handles is logged instantly in the same place my team already works.

Context you should know
• Our public site is a business-brochure style presence focused on clear service descriptions and client testimonials. Most inbound questions revolve around those two areas, so the bot has to surface that information first.
• All source material—PDFs, policies, FAQs, service copy, case studies—is ready for you to ingest or embed via retrieval-augmented generation, vector search, or another method you recommend.
• We already have a verified WhatsApp Business number; what’s missing is the AI layer and the bridge to our CRM.

Key deliverables
1. WhatsApp chatbot connected through the official WhatsApp Business API or a reliable cloud provider.
2. AI engine trained on our internal knowledge base, capable of contextual, multi-turn conversation.
3. Secure two-way integration to the PHP/HTML/CSS/JS CRM (read/write for contacts, tickets, notes).
4. Admin dashboard or simple config file where I can add new documents and adjust response tone.
