"I already have a fully-functional doctor-appointment app written in Kotlin with a Node.js back-end. I now want to enrich it with two AI capabilities and then run a quick regression test to be sure everything still works smoothly.

First, I need a symptom checker: when users type their symptoms, a pre-trained model should analyse the text and immediately suggest the most appropriate medical specialist. My preference is to leverage Google AI services—feel free to propose the exact Google Cloud API or Dialogflow setup you think best fits, as long as it plugs cleanly into the existing Kotlin codebase and back-end endpoints.

Second, I’d like to embed—or significantly improve—the in-app chatbot so it can deliver symptom-specific advice only (no general wellness or drug info). The chatbot must open with a brief medical-disclaimer message and then converse naturally, again relying on Google’s tooling behind the scenes.

I will provide the current source, API keys, and any design assets you need. What I expect back is:

• the updated Android project with both AI features fully integrated
• any new or modified Node.js endpoints
• concise test evidence showing the features work on at least one real or emulated device
