"PhD Masterminds is putting together a single, privacy-focused platform that will let us run every key academic and administrative task from one dashboard and a companion mobile interface. The system must feel effortless on small screens, encrypt all personal data at rest and in transit, and remain usable even when the internet drops—attendance, student records, and marks entry need a fully-offline mode with later sync.

Core modules we need developed and stitched into a cohesive whole:

• Student database – personal details, enrolled courses, fee status, with offline create/edit that syncs once a connection returns
• Attendance – daily and subject-wise entry, CSV bulk upload, offline first
• Marks & assessments – internal exams, term tests, auto-generated report cards, offline entry identical to the attendance workflow
• Resource management – PDFs, video links, assignments for download or streaming
• Faculty dashboard – quick links to take attendance, post marks, and upload resources from either web or mobile app
• Parent/Student portal – read-only view of attendance, marks, invoices, and shared resources
• Payments & invoicing – configure fee structure, track payments, generate receipts; no payment gateway in phase one, just record-keeping
• Role-based access – Admin and Faculty accounts need full write access while Parents/Students remain view-only
• WhatsApp notifications – pluggable hook that can push attendance alerts, mark sheets, or fee reminders via an official WhatsApp Business API

Acceptance criteria
1. Works smoothly on modern Android/iOS browsers and as a desktop SPA.
2. Offline attendance, student data, and marks entry must function without a network for at least 24 hours and auto-sync once online.
3. All CRUD actions logged and attributable to Admin or Faculty user.
4. GDPR-style privacy controls: encrypted database, role-scoped queries, and the ability to wipe a student record on request.
5. Successful WhatsApp message dispatch demonstrated in staging with our test number.

Deliverables include source code (preferably React or Vue front-end, Node/Laravel/Go back-end—open to your recommendation), database schema, deployment scripts, and a brief user guide. I’m ready to review architecture proposals and prefer iterative milestones so we can test modules as they land." (client-provided description)
