Project description:
"I have an active Sierra Chart subscription and a solid intermediate grasp of the platform, but I need an experienced ACSIL developer to turn my blueprint into a working custom study called “LargeDeltaImbalanceAlert.”
The study must scan every price level of each bar and trigger when the delta between Ask Volume and Bid Volume exceeds +1000 or −1000. When the condition fires, I want the platform to send an email notification; no pop-ups or sounds are necessary.

I would also like the code to respect an additional volume-threshold parameter so I can fine-tune when alerts occur. Please expose that as an input I can edit in the Study Settings window.

Deliverables
• C++ source file (.cpp) written for ACSIL, cleanly commented
• Compiled DLL (or instructions to compile if you prefer to hand over source only)
• Quick step-by-step guide to add the study to my chart and enable email alerts
