"I want an Android-only application that acts as the digital key for a compatible smart lock. The app must reliably handle three core tasks: let me lock and unlock the device remotely, keep a searchable history of every interaction, and support several users with distinct access levels.

You have complete freedom over the tech stack inside the Android ecosystem—Bluetooth LE, Wi-Fi, NFC, Firebase, Room, Jetpack libraries—so long as the solution is secure, lightweight, and maintainable. Encryption of credentials and secure storage of the usage log are non-negotiable.

To move forward I need a detailed project proposal from you. Outline the architecture, libraries you plan to leverage, a clear timeline with milestones, and any hardware assumptions. The proposal should show how you will:
• pair with the lock and execute remote commands without noticeable delay
• capture and sync usage events (timestamp, user ID, action)
• create a simple permission layer that I can extend later

Acceptance once these items are delivered and demonstrated:
1. Source code in an Android Studio project, cleanly documented.
2. Signed release-ready APK plus instructions to build from source.
3. Video or live demo proving remote control works, history is logged, and multi-user roles behave as expected on Android 11-14 devices.
