"First question: I have a single, very specific question about the Business Web Hosting plan on Hostinger and would like a clear, accurate answer from someone who has hands-on experience with that tier.

The question is this:
When you have more than one website on the same hosting Hostinger does not separate them on one cPanel each; i.e. each website does not have its own cPanel. As such, when I hire a freelancer to work on one particular website, he will have access to all of them
My question is: how can I give a website a limited access to ONLY ONE website?

Second question: I also have a VPS hosting on Hostinger, and need to download the contents onto my server (and then upload them to Google Drive. If there is a way to upload them directly to Google Drive, that would be better. You need to send me the step-by-step, NON_TECHNICAL instructions on how I can do that
