"I’m building a small-scale Android application that helps our team handle day-to-day costing tasks. The core of the project is straightforward: a clean Android front end where users can create an account or sign in, then access a set of screens dedicated to entering, editing and viewing cost data.

Here’s what I need from you:

• A native Android project (Kotlin or Java) with a modern, material-style UI.
• Secure user authentication (email/password is enough, but Firebase Auth or a simple token-based back end are both acceptable).
• Local data storage that keeps the costs available offline and syncs once the device is online; Room, Realm, or a light REST API are all fine as long as the data stays consistent.

That is the full scope for this first iteration—no payment gateways, notifications or extra modules yet. Once the login flow and costing screens are solid, we can discuss additional features in a follow-up milestone.

Deliverables I expect:
1. Full Android Studio project with readable, commented code
2. Signed release APK and a quick walkthrough video (or document) so I can test every screen
3. Brief hand-off guide explaining how to change API keys or endpoints
