• a clear description of our service packages and pricing
• case studies, testimonials, and demo sites you can reference
• a shared CRM (HubSpot) so we both see pipeline movement in real time

Your deliverables for each closed deal
1. Signed service agreement plus proof of deposit.
2. Full client contact details and a short brief of their project goals.
3. CRM entry updated to “Closed–Won”.

Once those three items are in place, your commission is triggered automatically. There’s no cap on how many clients you can bring in, and high performers will be offered an ongoing retainer on top of commissions.
