"I want an Android app that lets me capture, store and retrieve patient treatment records entirely through voice commands. At no point should a keyboard be needed—spoken input must drive every action, from adding a new record to running a search.

Core workflow
• I speak the treatment details; the app converts the speech to text and saves the entry in a local database (SQLite / Room is fine).
• When I ask for earlier records, I can specify a spoken date range—“show treatments from 1 May to 31 May”—and the app filters accordingly.
• With a simple voice command like “print summary”, the filtered results are laid out as a clean A4-sized summary sheet and sent to an attached printer or exported as a PDF via Android’s Print Framework.

Key points to hit
– Only treatment records are stored; personal details and full medical histories are out of scope for now but the structure should allow easy expansion later.
– The printed A4 page must display a concise, well-formatted summary of those treatment records (date, procedure, notes, etc.).
– Voice recognition should be reliable offline where possible (Google Speech API or an equivalent on-device model).
– A small, intuitive UI may sit behind the scenes for testing, but all primary actions must be voice-driven.

Deliverables
1. Full Android Studio project with clear, commented code.
2. APK for testing on Android 10+.
3. One-page setup guide covering permissions, printer pairing and any speech-to-text keys required.

Acceptance criteria
• Zero-keyboard flow verified on device: add, search by date, print.
• Printed A4 summary matches the on-screen filtered list.
