Our mission is to replace traditional call centers and manual admin work with intelligent voice agents that can talk to customers, schedule appointments, qualify leads, and follow up automatically — all without human involvement.

We are looking for a skilled AI automation builder experienced with VAPI, [login to view URL], and ChatGPT to help us design and deliver high-impact solutions for our clients.



What We’re Building (Your Role):

You will be responsible for creating fully functional AI voice agent workflows that can:
1. AI Receptionist (Inbound Voice Agent)
• Handles incoming phone calls through VAPI
• Greets the caller, answers FAQs (opening hours, location, services)
• Books new appointments directly into Google Calendar
• Updates, cancels, or reschedules existing appointments
• Searches and retrieves appointment data upon request
2. AI Lead Qualification & Booking Agent (Outbound or Inbound)
• Contacts leads automatically (or responds to them)
• Qualifies them with relevant questions (budget, service type, availability)
• Pushes qualified leads into a CRM or Google Sheet
• Offers available appointment times and books directly
3. AI Follow-Up & Reminder System
• Sends automated follow-up calls or messages to clients who missed appointments or haven’t responded
• Delivers pre- and post-appointment reminders
• Can re-engage old leads or rebook existing clients
4. Workflow Automations & Integrations (Back-End)
• Connect VAPI calls to [login to view URL] workflows for data processing and logic handling
• Integrate ChatGPT API to process user input, handle intent detection, and generate dynamic responses
• Link workflows to Google Workspace (Calendar, Gmail, Sheets) for scheduling, storage, and follow-ups
• Use webhooks and API calls to push or pull data from CRMs or other platforms if needed



Requirements:
• Proven experience building workflows in [login to view URL] (routers, conditions, webhooks, multi-step automations)
• Strong understanding of VAPI voice agents — inbound/outbound call setup, conversation flows, and integration with external systems
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI (ChatGPT API) — prompt creation, intent handling, response generation
• Experience connecting Google Calendar, Sheets, and Gmail with workflows
• Ability to read and handle API documentation (for future integrations with CRMs, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Clear documentation and communication skills (we care about clean, modular workflows)



Nice-to-Have (Not Required but Preferred):
• Experience building WhatsApp or SMS follow-up automations
• Familiarity with lead routing and CRM integration (HubSpot, Zoho, GoHighLevel)
• Knowledge of webhook testing and deployment best practices
• Conversational AI design or prompt engineering experience



What You’ll Be Working On:
• Project 1: AI receptionist voice agent for a healthcare or service business
• Project 2: Lead capture + qualification workflow with voice automation
• Project 3: Follow-up and re-engagement system for client retention
• Future projects will involve multi-agent systems, CRM automations, and voice AI integrations for multiple industries.



Compensation:
• Project-based or hourly work depending on experience
• $10 – $25/hour or $200 – $800 per project
• Ongoing monthly projects (3–5 per month minimum) for high performers

Location: Remote – English fluency required
Start Date: Immediate (we’re hiring now)
Commitment: Long-term collaboration preferred
