"I’m building a confidential startup product that turns a simple floor plan and a handful of still photos into a seamless, AI-generated walk-through video. The engine must handle both residential and commercial properties; when the source is residential, the default aesthetic should skew Modern.

The video flow always begins with curb appeal—an exterior fly-in—then moves room-by-room through the interior. An optional second cut should stitch in a short “neighborhood reel” that uses AI-generated drone-style aerials to showcase nearby amenities when supplied with an address or geo-coordinates.

What I need from you:
• Core model or pipeline that converts images, floor plan (PDF, JPG, or CAD), and basic metadata into a smooth 60- to 90-second 4K video.
• Style-conditioning so Modern finishes are respected in residential outputs while keeping a neutral, professional look for commercial spaces.
• Simple web-based interface (React or similar) where users upload assets, set duration, toggle the neighborhood reel, and download the finished MP4.
• Clear instructions for installing, fine-tuning, and scaling the model on AWS or GCP.

We’re a small, marketing-driven team launching a new AI platform that transforms real estate listing photos into short, cinematic walk-through videos for social media — think “Studio in Your Pocket for Realtors.”

We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Partner / AI Developer to build the MVP version of the platform using open-source or low-cost tools. The system will take image uploads → generate a motion video (Ken Burns effect) → add music, logo overlay, and voiceover → and export to MP4.

Scope:

Build simple web dashboard for user uploads (mobile-friendly)

Auto-sequence and animate uploaded images

Integrate with open AI text-to-speech for voiceovers (ElevenLabs, Polly, or similar)

Add intro/outro templates (logo, contact info, brand colors)

Render videos (1 min or less) ready for Reels/YouTube/TikTok

Provide basic backend for job management and storage
