Current vs New Category Structure:
Before:

House (contains: private room, partition room, shared room, bed space)
appartment (contains: apartment, studio apartment)

After:

Shared Accommodation (merge all "House" subcategories + their data)

Private Room
Partition Room
Shared Room
Bed Space


Apartments & Villas (rename from "appartment")

Apartment
Studio
Villa (new, no existing data)
Townhouse (new, no existing data)
Duplex (new, no existing data)
Penthouse (new, no existing data)



Data Migration Requirements:

Rename main category: "House" → "Shared Accommodation"
Rename main category: "appartment" → "Apartments & Villas"
Standardize subcategory names:

"private room" → "Private Room"
"partition room" → "Partition Room"
"shared room" → "Shared Room"
"bed space" → "Bed Space"
"apartment" → "Apartment"
"studio apartment" → "Studio"


Merge all existing listings under old "House" category into new "Shared Accommodation"
Create new empty subcategories: Villa, Townhouse, Duplex, Penthouse
Update frontend UI to reflect new category structure
Preserve all existing listing data - no data loss during migration
