About Us

We’re Respira Botanicals, an emerging herbal wellness brand focused on organic, clean-label products. Our flagship product — Mullein Leaf Tea — will lead the launch, followed by additional teas, K-Cups, and aromatherapy products.

We’re looking for a designer who can help shape our entire visual identity — from logo to packaging to retail-ready Amazon imagery — creating a consistent, premium look that builds brand trust across every SKU and format.

Scope of Work (3 Phases)
Phase 1: Logo & Brand Identity

Develop a distinct, legible logo that reflects herbal wellness and sophistication (must be readable at small packaging sizes).

Create a complete brand kit including:
Color palette (primary + secondary tones)
Typography system (print + digital)
Iconography / pattern / emblem design (if applicable)
Mini brand usage guide (clear space, do’s/don’ts, tone)

Phase 2: Packaging System Design

Design for Tea Line (stand-up pouch format) – 3 SKUs to start (each with its own flavor/color variation but cohesive brand system).
Extendable to future formats: aromatherapy steamers, and essential oils.

Deliver:

AI/PDF master files with dielines, bleeds, and outlined fonts
Print-ready PDFs suitable for manufacturers
3D packaging renders (white background + 1 lifestyle render per SKU)
The design should feel premium, minimalist, and nature-driven — evoking wellness, clarity, and trust.

Phase 3: Amazon Storefront & Visual Assets

Design Amazon hero images, gallery sets, and A+ Content templates that visually communicate benefits, ingredients, and brand story.

Provide Amazon image guidelines for easy future updates.

Optional: Shopify and web banner adaptation (bonus).

Experience Required

Proven experience in branding and packaging for CPG or wellness brands
Strong understanding of stand-up pouch design and dielines
Ability to create cohesive SKU systems (multi-flavor or multi-category branding)
Portfolio showcasing clean, premium, nature-centric designs
Familiarity with Amazon image specs and A+ layout design

(Bonus) 3D render experience (KeyShot, Blender, Boxshot, Pacdora, etc.)

Process & Collaboration
Kickoff: Brand discussion + moodboard alignment
Deliver 2–3 brand identity concepts
Refine and finalize selected direction (2–3 rounds of revisions)
Extend visual system into packaging + Amazon creative assets
Final delivery includes editable source files + print-ready outputs
